01 Month

Lay the Foundation

In the first month of our 3-Month Basic Course, you'll be introduced to three foundational modules designed to set you on the path to recovery.

With the First Module, begin your journey by understanding toxic reasoning and unhealthy relationships and learning about the illusion of control. You will learn how loved ones can help in your journey through our Buddy Program while staying connected for lasting recovery.

With the Second Module, you'll know how to manage the fight-or-flight response during detox, set personal goals, and practice grounding techniques like the 5X5 method to help stabilize your mind and body.

With the Third Module, you'll be introduced to practical tools and therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (T-FAB) to help you reclaim things. The Module will help you identify harmful behaviors and triggers and teach you how to harness momentum for positive change. Additionally, you'll learn the N.L.R. grounding technique for better emotional regulation, aiding in your overall recovery process.

02 Month

Fosters Self-Acceptance

In the second month of our 3-Month Basic Course, explore two transformative modules that will enhance your recovery and strengthen your personal growth further.

Module 4 will let you dive into the A.H.A. method (Awareness, Honesty, Action) to make compassionate and informed decisions. You'll understand the underlying needs driving your actions and will be encouraged to practice affirmations for personal growth. This will help promote a more balanced recovery.

Module 5 will shift your focus towards self-acceptance. It will help you distinguish between pain and guilt, embrace healthy emotions, and nurture self-esteem. The Module will help you work on reducing feelings of shame and fostering self-acceptance, which are crucial for long-term recovery and personal well-being.

03 Month

Sustaining Recovery

The final month of our 3-Month Basic Course will introduce two crucial modules designed to solidify your recovery and equip you for long-term success:

Module 6 will help you learn strategies to set internal and external boundaries during your de-addiction journey. You'll be introduced to the Boundary Bubble technique to help you overcome learned helplessness. The Module also emphasizes the role of faith and hope in strengthening the recovery journey.

Module 7 will ensure that you remain on track. Focus on relapse prevention strategies by reflecting on your progress and understanding relapse as a process. Stay motivated by focusing on lessons learned and balancing pain with passion. This Module prepares you for a sustainable recovery by reinforcing your progress and resilience.

In this 3-month foundational program, you'll reflect on your journey, celebrate milestones, and prepare for long-term success by integrating the lessons learned.
