The Module will help you identify harmful behaviors and triggers and teach you how to harness momentum for positive change. Additionally, you'll learn the N.L.R. grounding technique for better emotional regulation, aiding in your overall recovery process.

02 Month

Fosters Self-Acceptance

In the second month of the 6-Month Comprehensive Course, explore two transformative modules that will enhance your recovery and strengthen your personal growth further.

Module 4 will let you dive into the A.H.A. method (Awareness, Honesty, Action) to make compassionate and informed decisions. You'll understand the underlying needs driving your actions and will be encouraged to practice affirmations for personal growth. This will help promote a more balanced recovery.

Module 5 will shift your focus towards self-acceptance. It will help you distinguish between pain and guilt, embrace healthy emotions, and nurture self-esteem. The Module will help you work on reducing feelings of shame and fostering self-acceptance, which are crucial for long-term recovery and personal well-being.

03 Month

Sustaining Recovery

The third month of the 6-Month Comprehensive Course will introduce two crucial modules designed to solidify your recovery and equip you for long-term success:

Module 6 will help you learn strategies to set internal and external boundaries during your de-addiction journey. You'll be introduced to the Boundary Bubble technique to help you overcome learned helplessness. The Module also emphasizes the role of faith and hope in strengthening the recovery journey.

Module 7 will ensure that you remain on track. Focus on relapse prevention strategies by reflecting on your progress and understanding relapse as a process. In the fourth month, you'll focus on key aspects of mental health and stress management through two important modules:

With Module 8, dive into identifying and managing common mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. You'll learn to address self-medication tendencies and utilize a cognitive distortion checklist to gain mental clarity.

With Module 9, discover effective stress reduction techniques and build resilience. Learn how self-talk and self-fulfilling prophecies can influence your behavior. You will also use grounding techniques to manage stress effectively in this Module.

05 Month

Navigating Trauma

The fifth month of the program will deepen your understanding of trauma and emotional management by learning the essential techniques of two important modules.

With Module 10, understand the intricate relationship between trauma and addiction. This Module will help you recognize complex trauma and use grounding techniques to manage trauma responses effectively while healing.

With Module 11, learn to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy expressions of anger. You'll know about techniques to practice anger management and will use the P.A.R. method (Pause, Assess, Respond) for emotional control.

06 Month

Celebrating Progress, Securing Wellness

The sixth and final month of the course introduces the last two modules of the Prarambh Life Program, which focus on celebrating your recovery milestones, empowering you to maintain your personal growth and sustain a healthier, balanced life.
